At Twelve 12 Coffee Co., each batch of coffee is produced in small quantities to ensure premium quality, freshness, and consistency. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us, but because our products are perishable and crafted to order, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for:

We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement where appropriate.
Shipping
Once your order is scanned in by the carrier, shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery errors are out of our control. We will assist you in filing a claim when possible.
